Kicking with Sifu Roper will add power,
flexibility, speed, and accuracy to your kicks.
The kicking maneuver is preceded by a
stance base. Power is torque on x and y
axis. Speed is developed by pressing the
step and using the earth as a bouncing
trampoline. Instructions from Sifu Roper will
help you determine sensible reactions to
multiple attacks. Kicking is an excellent
